Online communication may be on the up, but it cannot completely replace printed advertising – and is not necessarily the best solution for every situation. This is why ComTRI has opted for a printed mailing package in an attention-grabbing design for the complex topic of safety – made in Germany, focussing on eleven’s eXpurgate solution. One particularly interesting feature is the “half a gift” idea, which involves sending the mailing’s addressees just one of two protective gloves in a mailing from ComTRI – the other available on online from the website while reading up on the details briefly introduced in the newsletter. This campaign proved far more successful than expected – and we don’t mean reliable delivery by the German postal service; the campaign fetched an unusually high response rate at sixteen percent. |
