From telecommunication systems, computer-aided telephony to complex network technology - MTG delivers made-to-measure concepts independent of the manufacturer. We were commissioned to draft and design a 12-page image brochure, presenting the company's comprehensive services in the best possible light. The end product starts with a graphic of the service spectrum, providing customers with an initial broad overview of MTG. The brochure then goes into more detail, with pictures from a special photo shooting session at MTG adding a personal touch. |

A desk calendar featuring a cloud filled with Friedel chocolate is just right for every sweet tooth, rounding up the DNS advent collection. |

Our art director Tina Bernhardt is not only an expert with the computer mouse when it comes to putting a face you can see onto visions, philosophies and products in hi-tech, as the local Ebersberger Zeitung newspaper recently reported. Graphic expression also means profound artistic talent, where the brush and palette are as indispensable as ever, as Beate Maisch summed it up in her report. A former student of the German Master School of Fashion in Munich, fashion and advertising graphic designer Tina Bernhardt has been working at griffity for 15 years, while still maintaining her reputation in top-class exhibitions.

"The Power of Blue" road show will be presenting the new partnership between DNS and IBM. DNS and IBM will be holding this "blue" morning for its business associates in Munich, Berlin and Cologne. Visitors will be given an opportunity to find out more about the background and advantages of the partnership and the products that IBM and DNS will be supplying, and about this super-intelligent shade of the colour blue. In addition to designing the invitation card for this event, griffity has also created a sticker for the pen set to go with it. |

The F5 Application Security Conference to be held at the Capitol in Offenbach, near Frankfurt, will be receiving professional publicity from griffity; in addition to selecting the location, we will be responsible for the whole event management. To draw the attention of CEOs and IT managers to this open event, F5 has entrusted griffity with the entire design for advertising the event such as invitation cards, website and advertisements. F5 is anticipating between 100 and 150 individual participants at the conference. |

The event will be held by Bea in Düsseldorf's Malkasten at the end of October, with an anticipated 50 guests taking part. Bea has left the job of event management in the hands of griffity, which has also designed a web portal for the telecommunications industry as well as advertisements and invitation cards. |

Enterasys and Siemens are planning a joint information workshop for Siemens sales staff - the topic will be "successful network solutions with Enterasys." During the workshop, they will be looking into new joint solutions for network projects. The two-day workshop will be taking place in Zugbrücke Hotel in the town of Höhr-Grenzhausen, and griffity has been entrusted with the entire event management including hotel bookings, catering and equipment. Apart from that, we will be setting up an event website that we have designed to handle participant registration. |

NetASQ, a French firewall and VPN manufacturer, has been taking the limelight with its products in a number of different events. After holding training programmes with its distributors in Munich and Cologne in the summer, NetASQ will be taking part in the autumn IT Security Partner Solution Days. The NetASQ team will also be putting in an appearance at a stall in the Security Area at the Systems trade fair. Solfina Financial Services, an independent financial services company, entrusted us at griffity with writing, designing and printing the company's new information brochure for their private retirement programme. The current topics in the brochure cover the company's work disability, private healthcare and capital life and pension insurance schemes. The new brochure has been updated throughout to reflect the company's uniform corporate design, and presents Solfina itself and its complete service range along with the private retirement options available to its customers. |

F5 has now sensitised around 10,000 IT officers, CIOs and medium sized companies to the subjects "high availability and security" and "application traffic management" with a mailing. griffity not only took over the optical design of the mailing, but also formulated the content. The four-page flyer also encouraged addressees to register for the F5 newsletter - readers had the chance to win one of three weekends with a BMW Z4. |

In the merry month of May, BEA held business dinners in Munich and Frankfurt at which selected participants could exchange views on the subject of enterprise architecture. The aim of these events is for the approximately 20 participants to get to know each other and build a network. griffity was in charge of organising the events and selecting the five-star restaurants. In Munich, the BEA's guests were welcomed at the Schuhbecks restaurant with a prosecco reception. A four-course meal pampered the participants' palates. In Frankfurt, guests were invited to the Schlosshotel Kronberg. Kaiser Wilhelm's former breakfast room was the setting for another reception and a four-course meal. The events were such a success that they will be taking place again in June. This time guests will be invited to different locations. But one thing's for sure: griffity will choose somewhere very special again. |

"ISV Inform" is an initiative of DNS, to encourage partnerships between re-sellers and software manufacturers (ISV). "ISV Inform" presents selected software solutions from the various market segments online. griffity had the task of giving the project a name and developing its own icon. On the DNS site, griffity selected the right place for the new DNS project in the navigation bar, deciding on a sub-point of "Programmes and Services". As there are a number of software solutions from various areas, a sub-navigation was integrated, which can be extended at any time (e.g. security, CRM, etc.). ISV INform is communicated via a promotion banner on the start page, to attract users' attention to the new service. |

We have designed a complete product overview as an A0-format poster for Enterasys and its partners once again this year, listing all of the products along with their respective order numbers. The poster has been a real success with the sales department, representing a major aid in everyday business. Since Enterasys Networks has introduced a new corporate design, we have relaunched the poster and brought the product listing up to date. The poster is now used to support the sales team all over the world, and is updated on a regular basis. |

The DNS (Digital Network Services) website that griffity has planned, designed and realised, has been a popular success so far. The company has now contracted the DNSedu website's design, and griffity will be preparing the basic planning as well as the templates that DNS can include into its own content management system. We will also be revising the content. The target groups will be both partners and end customers of DNS. The aim of the relaunch is to liven up the company's image while encouraging online bookings and increasing customer potential through improved structure and increased clarity. The design will be more fresh and modern. DNSedu's range of services includes Citrix and Sun certification training. DNSedu is also the first and only Authorized Training Center for F5 products, and imparts knowledge in Internet traffic, high availability and content management. |

CeBIT advertising materials for Avnet and Enterasys |

Clean shoes for the trade fair, business cards kept in mint condition, and a spotlight on the trade fair's highlights for the companies' guests at CeBIT-all thanks to the advertising gifts that griffity produced for Enterasys and its distributor, Avnet, for the trade fair. This was also the first time that the logos of the two companies came into active use, engraved by laser onto these advertising gifts for all eternity. The guests at the booth were given a choice between a shoe-cleaning set, business-card case and Maglite flashlight to take with them on their travels through the endless halls of the CeBIT trade fair. We also produced miniature replica Mini racing cars with the company logos printed on in colour for a partner event, a kart race. Together with griffity, Avnet will also be realising future projects aimed at enhancing the Enterasys/Avnet partnership marketing effort. |

BEA TechTalk for developers and sysops |

Portal characteristics, their development and administration will be the main topics of discussion for the attendees at the TechTalk event programme hosted by BEA Systems. The company chose griffity to make the necessary arrangements involved in all eleven events. TechTalk will be bringing developers, project managers, consultants and sysadmins together in Budapest, Prague, Zurich, Munich, Frankfurt, Moscow and Warsaw. To ensure that the attendees feel right at home, griffity has not only selected and booked the locations, but also organised the technical equipment in the conference rooms along with conference documentation and catering. Additionally, griffity prepared and sent the invitations and created the local websites. BEA is anticipating 40-60 attendees at each of the events, for which griffity has also designed and booked, amongst other things, inserts for Java magazine and Entwickler, the specialist journal for developers, to publicise the BEA TechTalk event programme. A text ad in the Java Spectrum newsletter finally rounds off the marketing initiative for this series of events. |

The new look will be rounded off by the brand new design of an image brochure. In addition to the concept development and graphic design, we are also responsible for creating the texts in the brochure. The use of catchy headlines and informative texts will ensure a precisely-targeted presentation of the IT service provider from Erlangen as well as its comprehensive portfolio of services. |

Advertising campaign for Linksys |

We have developed an advertising campaign on behalf of the network provider Linksys which is aimed at resellers and end customers. In June 2003, Linksys became part of Cisco Systems and, as an independent area within the company, provides wireless and ethernet network products for the consumer and SOHO sector. Our job was to transfer the image of the market leader Cisco over to Linksys quality products. The general message of the campaign is intended to be reliability, speed, simple installation and compatibility of Linksys products. With the end customer versions, the observer should also become convinced that Linksys delivers attractively-designed modern products which are a fitting compliment to the living room and are also simple to install. In short: "Linksys - the future of Home Networking". And griffity has successfully achieved this. By selecting emotionally captivating images and reducing text down to the bare essentials, the impression created by the advertisements is serious but not boring. In addition, griffity has brought its media planning know-how into play and makes sure that the print documents always arrive at the publishers on time. To monitor success, we have included an online game with prizes in the first 2 months of the campaign. This enables us to gauge the response rates for each medium and feed the results back into subsequent media planning. |
