Leaflets and letterhead paper for BGNW
November 06, 2003
At griffity, we have come up with the new letterhead and an info leaflet for the Benutzergruppe Netzwerke ("Network Users' Group," BGNW). BGNW is an interest group of network users, and serves as a manufacturer-independent, neutral forum for network issues. The aims of the association are to provide a platform for further training and exchange of experience among its members, and to prepare recommendations for planning, installing and operating networks. A mailing campaign - which is where the new leaflets come into the picture - has been designed with the aim of increasing awareness of the association and attracting new customers.

CFX Conference 2003 also with griffity
October 29, 2003
This year, griffity will be organising the CFX conference again, which will be taking place at the Garmisch-Partenkirchen Dorint Hotel this time. We will not only be organising a smooth catering and technical service, we will also have a major say in the external appearance of the event. A gala dinner will be held in Elmau Castle, with the Wendelstoana Buam and Deandl dance group as the crowning event. There will also be a partner exhibition alongside the conference, and griffity will be designing the exhibitors' stalls. The exhibition was conceived as a forum, and that is how we have put it together. With griffity's complete support, the company will be able to concentrate on its conference content - in full keeping with our motto, "we color your marketing."

Exhibitors at the 5th BEA technology conference very satisfied
October 14, 2003
At around 295 participants and 23 exhibitors, the 2003 BEA business and technology conference in Wiesbaden was a great success once again since griffity took care of everything from start to finish - everything vital to a successful event. The many BEA partners - such as HP, Intel, Siebel, Avinci, Accenture, Filenet - presenting their solutions as a part of the exhibition at the BEA technology conference felt that griffity had been taken good care of them this year, too. Apart from that, visitors could find out about the latest trends at BEA presentations, with speakers including Alfred S. Chuang, Founder, Chairman, President and Chief Executive of BEA Systems and Rhonda Hocker, Senior Vice President and CIO. The VIP dinner in the Die Ente gourmet restaurant was as much a treat for the taste buds as was the working breakfast in the Schwarzer Bock hotel.

Direct mailing for LINKSYS
September 30, 2003
The aim of the direct mailing campaign designed and implemented by griffity for LINKSYS was to inform customers of the latest developments in the company as well as to draw their attention to its products and services. The response element was given by a prize draw for five wireless network starter kits. LINKSYS is one of the world's leading developers and manufacturers of wireless, broadband, and LAN hardware, and an independent division of Cisco Systems. In addition, the US-based company successfully develops solutions for the SOHO market.

DNS courts 15,000 resellers with Penguin Mailing
September 11, 2003
The Linux Penguin campaign by DNS (Digital Network Services) and SUN really freshened up griffity's everyday operations this summer. DNS analyses, selects, and markets innovative products, know-how, and services in the global network computing field, but had not presented itself on the Linux market until now. At the same time, DNS is SUN's largest distributor. DNS has sent out a mailing with the new slogan "BEST-SELLER für eine offene Welt," or "BESTSELLERS for an open world" to 15,000 recipients, a colourful presentation in an unusual format that was designed, laid out, and produced by griffity, describing the new standard for SUN Linux servers. 99 furry penguins will be given away in a prize draw for those who ordered an information pack from SUN online. This cuddly toy penguin, which matches up to its counterpart from Linux in every way, is the eye catcher of the whole Linux campaign. The aim of the mailing was, amongst other things, to attract new trading partners to DNS while signalling Linux's own capabilities and market knowledge. Apart from the mailing campaign, the promotion includes an advertising campaign, campaigns during the Systems Trade Fair, production of an information leaflet, and design of a solutions brochure.

The new website is to make greater allowances for their partners' and customers' needs. griffity will not only be responsible for drawing up the conceptual design and carrying out the programming of the web presence. We will also make good use of our comprehensive experience when working on the website's contents and structure. Through this project, DNS expects to generate further synergy effects for carrying on the successful co-operation which has already lasted for several years.

Cool News Crawl for NETASQ
August 12, 2003
The silly season is for the ignorant only. And only our politicians can get away with the summer antics. We have not let grass grow under our feet: we organised a hot news crawl for NETASQ, the French manufacturer of firewalls and VPN devices. And that's what we had in tow: not only plenty of original know-how about exclusively European security technologies, special channel marketing in a hellish market, success factors, and focal points, but also sparkling ideas which have manifested themselves in the test results, reports, and user stories that have just come hot off the press. Because when others are working up a sweat, we can stay cool and say: We color your Marketing.

The focus is placed on company pension plan requirements and consultancy services in order to encourage sales.

griffity Creates Invitations, Seminar folders and Giveaways for DNS
May 27, 2003
In July, DNS together with People Training will be starting a new series of sales-training seminars with various topics of focus; griffity has developed a new icon for "Active" and created the invitation mailing with a small appointments calendar for this new event series. We also designed the seminar folder. To fix the event in the memories of the participants, we also developed and produced giveaways in the form of stress balls and corn bars. The goal of DNS in this event series was to address the high requirement of its sales partners in the sales area - and at exceptionally reasonable conditions. In a total of six workshops, the participants will be informed and trained in a goal-specific, interactive and practice-oriented fashion.

griffity Event Managament: BEA Systems Integration Blueprint
May 19, 2003
In order to repeat last year's complete success, BEA systems once again entrusted us with the organisation of the "BEA Systems Integration Blueprint" road show in Warsaw, Munich, Zurich and Frankfurt this year.
In addition to the choice of venue, catering, and conference equipment booking, we designed the invitation cards with matching envelopes and sent e-mail reminders to the participants so that they would not forget this important date.
A total of 394 e-commerce and infrastructure strategists, IT managers and members of BEA company management took part in the road show. The goal of the event was to explain to the visitor how investments in the IT structure pay off more quickly. Visitors could discuss the topic with experts from BEA, Hewlett Packard and a panel of independent experts.

griffity Organises Sales Training for Enterasys Networks
May 08, 2003
Once again, Enterasys has left its sales training organisation in our hands this year. In order to address the requirements of the sales partners even more effectively, this year saw a sales and a pre-sales "basic" and "advanced" training programme with all 12 events taking place in either hotels or the offices of Enterasys in Berlin, Munich, and Frankfurt. We designed and produced the invitations, and also took on the entire invitation management for the training programme. We at griffity were also completely in charge of registering the participants, participation confirmations, appointment reminders and, if requested, distribution of directions on how to get to the venues. The sales partners received a certificate designed and produced by us. The conference documentation was made available on CD-ROM; griffity also prepared the participation lists and name tags. We have also developed and evaluated a feedback form for us to determine the success of the conference.

New corporate design for PressFinish
April 07, 2003
Making the best visual impression was the goal behind PressFinish. GammaFinish, as the manufacturing and finishing company, and PressFinish, as the sales organisation, design, equip and sell top-quality printed circuit boards. PressFinish's new company representation is now complete - we entirely redesigned the office stationery, data sheets and presentation folders. We organised a photo shooting session on location for the brochure design that both companies will be using. Thus, we had excellent photo material at our disposal when we were designing the brochure.
